This service provides 8 digit unlock codes only. If your phone is from Latin America or if your phone requires a 16 digit unlock code, this service will not unlock your phone.

This service works works for 21 hours a day during the weekdays and 15 hours during the weekends. Any order submitted after working hours will be processed on the next working day.

I inseted a Sim on my phone is asking me of code ans says"This phone can only be used with SIMs from specific networks. contact your customer service center for the unlock code, or insert a SIM from a valid network.
